Interactive Sound , Turin and Delft, Italian and Dutch connection
Description
Omnivors Colletctive is a young collective based in Turin (Italy) and Delft (the Netherlands). The aim of their project is to design and develop interactive installations, sculptures, videos and musical instruments that rely on electronics and digital technologies. Ominivors members believe in knowledge sharing, “Do it yourself” practices and open-source. They hope that technical development and scientific research will help to explore new cultural and artistic domains. After some years of individual experiments, they decided to join forces. Their complementary backgrounds in computer technology, electronics, music and art is the driving force that gave birth to Omnivors! They eat everything!
